Should you still want to return a product, you as a consumer, have the legal right to do so. After you have received the goods, you can cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days.

To return an article, please log onto your customer account and go to orders. Now you can invoke the relevant order and select the products you want to return. Then you just print out the shipping label, glue it on the package and take it to a DHL branch of your choice. Alternatively, you can contact us via e-mail at support@shapeme.com. We will send you your return slip by e-mail.

As soon as your return consignment has arrived and has been thoroughly checked, we will send you a conformation to the e-mail address provided. The corresponding amount will be refunded as soon as possible.

 

EXCHANGE

To exchange an item, please log onto your  customer account or click directly on orders. Now you can call up the order in question and select the products that you would like to exchange.

At the same time, choose your replacement item. Then print out your shipping label. Glue this on the package and take it to a DHL branch of your choice.
